My approach with men
Being a man can be tough, and it’s easy to confuse vulnerability with weakness. I offer a judgement-free, confidential and down-to-earth space. We work at your pace and talk about whatever’s actually on your mind — whether that’s ocd, panic attacks, or something you can’t quite put into words yet.
