Men's Therapy Hub ("we", "us") is a directory that helps men find male therapists and read mental-health resources. For the purposes of UK data protection law, we are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at support@menstherapyhub.co.uk.

We only collect what we need to run the service:

• Enquiry details — your name, email and message when you contact a therapist or us.
• Account details — for therapists who list with us: name, contact details, qualifications and profile content.
• On-device data — items you save are stored in your browser, not on our servers.
• Basic usage data — anonymous information about how the site is used.

We use your information to pass your enquiry to the therapist you contact, to manage therapist listings, to respond to your messages, and to keep the site secure and working well. We do not use it to make automated decisions about you.

When you message a therapist, your enquiry is shared with that therapist so they can reply. Otherwise we do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We may share data with trusted providers who help us operate the site, and only as far as needed.

We use a small amount of local storage so the site remembers things like your saved favourites and your country choice. These stay on your device. We don't use advertising trackers.

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Email support@menstherapyhub.co.uk and we'll respond within the timeframe required by law.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, then delete it. Therapist listing data is kept for as long as the listing is active.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above.
